A delegation from the Office of Innovation and Technology at the University of Zagazig visits the Berlin University of Technology, Branch of Gouna, the delegation consisted of:
Prof.Dr./ Mahmoud Stouhy, Office Manager and members of the Bureau : Dr./ Adel El-Kalsh - Dr./. Mohammed Abu Hashim - Dr./ Mohamed Abd El-Salam
The delegation was received by the scientific cooperation official visitor in the University of Technology and they are:
Dr./ Daniel Karsh, Director of Cooperation and Communication
Dr./ Nicholas Tsubanos, Head of the Department of Water Engineering
Ms. Reem El-Ramly, Director of Marketing at the University
and the places that they have been visited included fish farms - desalination units - units of sewage treatment - research and educational laboratories - the main library and the Embassy of Alexandrina library.
The visit has led to the opening of Apopa for scientific cooperation and research between the University of Zagazig and the University of Technology Branch of Gouna so they have reached to an agreement to cooperate between the parties and prepare a Memorandum of Understanding then emerges from this note a number of cooperation agreements that its iterms are determined according to the type of the activity and the role of each party .
It was agreed on some areas of cooperation that can be identified in the context of specific cooperation agreements , such as:
· Cooperation in the field of research projects such as participation in applying for research projects , either at the global or European or Egyptian or German level.
· Cooperation in the field of training , such as the students of the University of Zagazig should be trained at labs in El-Gouna branch or students from El Gouna branchshould be trained at labs at the University of Zagazig .
· Cooperation in the field of visits exchange either at the level of the teachers or the students.
· Cooperation in the areas of technology transfer and development.
