Council issued Zagazig University, headed by Dr.. Ashraf al-Shehhi Rector decision to form Appellate Disciplinary Board of the students headed by the Vice President for Student Affairs and the membership of d. Mohamed Adel Abdel-Rahman, a professor at the Faculty of Law and the university chancellor Fathi Ibrahim Mohamed Tawfiq vice premier and one of the professors who nominated the college which belongs to the student.
