The national campaigns and initiatives programs at the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology prepare several national programs for the advancement of strategic crops in close collaboration with the Agricultural Research Center , mainly to encourage farmers to take advantage of the varieties of high productivity produced by the Institute of Field Crops Research include rice crops - wheat - maize - cotton - clover - oil crops - sorghum - wheat storage
There is now an interest to access to private proposals of how to distribute fertilizers, alternativefertilizer and neglectful crops , especially barley which may be called the fourth generation of the national campaigns through :
1 - Using R @ D with no more than two years
2 - Cooperation with international centers , especially belonging to the CGIAR system
3 - There should be an integrated idea about the crop for example, the wheat, the role of scientific research and improving the quality of Egyptian bread
4 - There should be integration between the various research organizations on one hand and industry and government agencies on the other hand
5 - The initiative accepts any other positive ideas but through a week the researcher must choose the name of the crop which he wishes to attend its workshop at the Academy of Scientific Research also he must mention the type of the available technology in the lab , which employs he works at and its impact on the advancement of the productivity of the crop and the required period to reach this goal.
